Pre Order Shipping Updates:

Cadillacquer Pre Order shipment - most of the orders were shipped except for the orders that contain Brazilian Brands pre order items. Please read below.

Brazilian Brands (Phoenix Indie, Penelope Luz, By Vanessa Molina & Indie By Patty) Pre Order Shipping Update

Due to the ongoing Brazilian Customs strike (it started on Nov 26, 2024 ending indefinitely) our shipments have been sitting at the local FedEx facility in Brazil since last Friday. Only Perishables, livestock, dangerous goods, medicines, and shipboard provisions will be customs cleared during the strike. Nail lacquers are declared as dangerous goods therefore our shipments will be processed but at a very very slow pace. We are in contact with FedEx with this situation. If there are any new updates they will contact us. In the meantime, we are monitoring each shipment's tracking information on a daily basis. We are hoping the shipments will arrive before our vacation break starts on Dec 17th until Dec 25th. If your order contains any of the Brazilian pre order items it will not ship until the pre order items have arrived. Prism Polish UK Pre Orders Shipping Update

Due to long delays at Suzie's courier office our shipment was just shipped from the UK. Hopefully the shipment will arrive by this Friday. We will start printing pre shipment labels very soon. If your order contains any of the Brazilian pre order items it will not ship until the pre order items have arrived.
