Whatcha Over The Rainbow

A fantastic yellowtail! I love yellow nails, but it’s really hard to make a yellow one with an effect that looks really yellow, and this one is as beautiful as the Sun.. It has a yellow base with silver reflective glitter and holographic glitter to shine a lot. I used two thin coats of it, one of Top Glitter and one of top coat.
